Kaizen strive to meet each client’s project budget goals by insuring that each task our staff members works on is fully defined and approved of by the client before any work is initiated. Each Kaizen consultant provides a detailed weekly status report indicating progress, work remaining and any issue or problems that is preventing a timely completion of a task, allowing for the client to react immediately to correct the issue.
